What You'll Need
To become a Kirk Group companion, you'll need to meet a small set of requirements. There are no formal care qualifications needed — just the right attitude and the documentation below.
Enhanced DBS Certificate
Must be dated within 3 years
Photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence)
Right to Work in the UK
Two Professional References
