Telephone & Video Call Companion

Scheduled telephone or video calls providing regular social contact and a familiar voice.

Hospital & Appointment Companion

Accompanying clients to hospital, GP or clinic appointments so they never face them alone.

Activity & Hobby Companion

Sharing hobbies, crafts, gardening, reading and leisure activities together.

What We Don't Do

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, bathing)
  • Medication administration or management
  • Clinical or nursing tasks of any kind
  • Medical decisions or health advice
  • Regulated care activities (CQC-registered providers only)
  • Manual handling or physical care support
