General Companion
Regular friendly visits providing conversation, company and day-to-day social interaction.
Elderly Companion
Warm, patient companionship tailored to the pace and preferences of older adults.
Telephone & Video Call Companion
Scheduled telephone or video calls providing regular social contact and a familiar voice.
Hospital & Appointment Companion
Accompanying clients to hospital, GP or clinic appointments so they never face them alone.
Activity & Hobby Companion
Sharing hobbies, crafts, gardening, reading and leisure activities together.
Community & Independence Support
Supporting independence through practical, non-personal assistance — from shopping trips and outings to meal preparation. Our companions help clients stay active and connected in their communities.
Shopping & Errands Companion
Accompanying clients on shopping trips or running local errands together.
Transport & Outings Support
Providing transport to local destinations and making regular outings possible.
Social Engagement & Events Companion
Attending community events, social clubs and local activities alongside the client.
Meal Preparation & Light Domestic Support
Preparing simple meals and providing light domestic assistance (non-personal care).
Specialist Companionship
Specialist befriending for individuals who would benefit from companions with additional awareness and sensitivity — including dementia-friendly support and mental health befriending.
Dementia Friendly Companion
Patient, consistent companionship from companions trained in dementia-awareness principles.
Learning Disability Companion
Supportive and encouraging companionship for adults with learning disabilities.

Non-clinical befriending and social connection for those managing mental health challenges.

- Clinical or nursing tasks of any kind
- Medical decisions or health advice
- Regulated care activities (CQC-registered providers only)
- Manual handling or physical care support
